Droit canon
Modèle:Îmbunătăţire Modèle:CreştinismOrtodox Le droit canon ou le droit canonique est la législation traditionnelle canonique qui réglemente la vie de l’Église Orthodoxe. Le droit canon couvre tous les aspects de la vie de l’Église, y compris l'ecclésiologie, la théologie liturgique et la morale. Bien que les syntagmes "droit canon" ou "droit canonique" sont utilisées dans les milieux universitaires, d'une manière plus générale il s'agit de la tradition des saints canons de l’Église. Cette législation, ou tradition canonique, implique les personnes (évêques, par exemple) et institutions ecclésiales (synodes ou conciles, par exemple) investis avec l'autorité de créer, formuler, interpréter, exécuter, valider, amender et révoquer ces "lois" par actions synodales ou conciliaires.
